Aeon Future Health was founded in Calgary in 2020 and is Canada’s first comprehensive longevity and health optimization clinic. From a young age, Lisa Krzyzewski faced chronic health challenges that conventional care could only manage, not resolve. Frustrated by these limitations, she embarked on a journey of research, alternative treatments, and self-healing—ultimately gaining a deep appreciation for medical innovation and progressive, holistic care.

Motivated by this experience, Lisa co-founded Aeon alongside Craig Latimer, whose passion for emerging technologies, longevity research, and cutting-edge strategies used by the world’s pioneering thinkers helped shape the clinic’s forward-looking vision. Together, they envisioned a new approach to healthcare – one that is proactive, personalized, and rooted in measurable outcomes.

Approximately one year into Aeon’s growth, Dr. Jonathan Bastian joined the team as Medical Director, becoming a driving force behind the clinic’s thought leadership and medical vision. His passion for longevity medicine and proactive, preventative care continues to shape Aeon’s clinical philosophy and ongoing evolution.

Since its founding, Aeon has grown rapidly, doubling its clinic space in 2024, and now empowers people across Calgary to reclaim their health, optimize performance, and extend their health span.
