OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. SPONSOR
This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Aeon Future Health (“Sponsor”), located at 903 10 Ave, Suite 200 SW, Calgary, Alberta, T2R 0Z9, Canada. Email: info@aeonfuturehealth.com. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from all liability in connection with this Contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of the Province of Alberta, Canada, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Contest is only valid in Alberta, Canada.
The following persons are not eligible to enter:
- Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Aeon Future Health, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or households
- Anyone professionally associated with the administration or judging of this Contest
Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on Thursday, April 23 at 6:00 PM MDT and ends on Thursday, May 7 at 11:59 PM MDT (“Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
To enter, during the Contest Period, participants must complete all four of the following steps on Instagram:
- Follow the official @aeonfuturehealth Instagram account
- Tag a friend in the comments of the official contest post on @aeonfuturehealth’s Instagram page
- Answer the contest question in the same comment: “What’s one small health habit change your future self would thank you for?”
- Add “I’m In” at the end of the comment. Winner will be contacted by DM.
Each eligible comment containing both a friend tag and an answer to the contest question constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each comment contains a unique tag of a different person and a unique answer. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, or submitted by means not described herein are void.
Please note, By including ‘I’m in’ in the entry comment, entrants provide consent to be contacted by direct message for contest-related communications, including winner notification and a one-time follow-up offer.
5. PRIZES
Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) complimentary Aeon Health Assessment, which includes:
- Comprehensive review of medical history, lifestyle, risk factors, and medications
- Curated biomarker blood panel (hormones, lipids, metabolic markers, and more)
- 3D Styku body composition scan
- AI adaptive resistance strength and mobility assessment
- Consultation and review with Aeon’s co-care team (Medical Doctor, Naturopathic Doctor, Registered Dietitian, Fitness Coach, and Patient Care Coordinator)
- Personalized health roadmap
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $1,565 CAD + applicable taxes. Total ARV of all prizes combined: $3,130 CAD + applicable taxes.
Prize conditions and restrictions:
- Prize must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of winner notification
- Prize is subject to availability and scheduling
- All winners must complete a standard medical intake form prior to their Health Assessment appointment
- Prize has no cash equivalent and is non-transferable
- Prize may not be combined with any other Aeon offer, discount, or promotion
- No substitution of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Two (2) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on May 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM MDT.
Potential winners will be notified by Instagram direct message (DM) within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their Instagram account can receive DMs from accounts they do not follow.
Skill-Testing Question: As a condition of being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
If a selected winner: (a) cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt; (b) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (c) fails to claim their prize within the redemption window; or (d) is found to be ineligible — an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
7. POST-CONTEST PROMOTIONAL OFFER (DM FOLLOW-UP)
Following the close of the Contest and selection of winners, Aeon Future Health may, in its sole discretion, contact a subset of non-winning entrants who opted in under Section 4 with a one-time promotional offer via Instagram direct message.
The terms governing this communication are as follows:
- Eligibility for the DM Offer: Only entrants who included “I’m In” in their eligible contest comment are eligible to receive the DM Offer.
- Selection: Aeon may contact all opt-in entrants or a random subset of opt-in entrants, at Aeon’s sole discretion. Non-receipt of a DM Offer does not constitute disqualification or error.
- Frequency: A maximum of one (1) DM Offer will be sent per eligible entrant. No recurring or follow-up commercial messages will be sent without further, separate consent.
- Content of the DM: The message will thank the entrant for participating, confirm their opt-in, and extend a limited-time discount of up to ten percent (10%) off their first Aeon Health Assessment. The DM will include:
- The full legal business name of the Sponsor
- The Sponsor’s mailing address and contact email
- A clear and simple unsubscribe mechanism (e.g., “Reply STOP to opt out of future messages”)
- Offer Terms: The discount offer is subject to its own terms, including an expiry date, and is not redeemable with any other Aeon promotion. The offer is not transferable.
- Withdrawal of Consent: Any entrant may withdraw consent at any time, before, during, or after receiving the DM, by replying with any variation of “STOP,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “REMOVE ME,” or by emailing info@aeonfuturehealth.com. Withdrawal requests will be honoured within ten (10) business days as required by CASL.
8. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering this Contest, participants acknowledge that the Sponsor will collect their Instagram username and any information included in their contest comment entry for the purposes described below.
Primary purpose (all entrants): Contest administration, including winner selection, notification, prize fulfillment, and record-keeping in the event of a regulatory inquiry.
Secondary purpose (opt-in entrants only, per Section 4): Delivery of one (1) post-contest promotional Instagram direct message containing a limited-time discount offer, as described in Section 7.
All personal information collected through this Contest will be handled in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Personal information collected through this Contest will not be:
- Shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfillment
- Used for any commercial electronic messages beyond the single DM Offer described in Section 7
- Retained longer than reasonably necessary for contest administration and the one-time promotional communication (a maximum of thirty (30) days following contest close, after which non-winner entry data will be deleted unless the entrant has opted in to ongoing communications through a separate consent mechanism)
Any health or personal information provided during the prize redemption process (e.g., medical intake forms) is governed separately under Alberta’s Health Information Act (HIA) and Aeon Future Health’s clinical privacy policies.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest at any time for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest.
- Entrants agree to comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use. Any entry not in compliance will be disqualified.
- By entering, winners consent to the use of their first name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- This Contest does not constitute a medical service, clinical recommendation, or health diagnosis. No therapeutic outcomes are guaranteed or implied.
- This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
- The Aeon Health Assessment prize is non-transferable and must be used by the prize recipient.
Governing Law: This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
