At Aeon, every detail is designed to support your health optimization journey. To help us provide the safest, calmest, and most seamless experience possible, please review the guidelines below before your appointment.

In-Clinic Policies

🌿 Scent-Free Environment

To maintain a comfortable and inclusive space for all patients, Aeon is a scent-free clinic.
Please avoid wearing fragrances, essential oils, or heavily scented products during your visit.
Thank you for helping keep our environment clear and welcoming.

⚠️ No Minors in Clinic

For the safety, privacy, and comfort of every patient, minors are not permitted in the clinic.
If you need support arranging childcare, our team is happy to help you find a time that works.

👟Clean, Dry Footwear

Please wear clean, dry shoes while in the clinic. A designated area is available to store wet shoes and change into dry footwear.

Athletic or workout-appropriate footwear is required when using our fitness equipment.

✴️ IV Lounge Space

To maintain a calm and restorative environment, space in the IV Lounge is prioritized for patients. Guest seating is very limited and may not always be available.

Preparing for Your Virtual Appointment (Medeo)

Virtual consultations allow you to connect with your practitioner from anywhere, while still receiving the same thoughtful, personalized care you expect from Aeon. To make the most of your session:

1. Set Up a Safe, Private Space

Choose a quiet, well-lit location where you can focus fully and speak openly.
For your safety, privacy, and the quality of your care, please join your virtual appointment from a stationary, private setting.

To maintain a professional and secure environment, please avoid attending your appointment while:

  • driving or in a vehicle
  • in public spaces
  • multitasking
  • outside the country (due to licensing regulations)

Please also ensure you are fully dressed for the duration of your appointment.

A calm, distraction-free environment allows you and your practitioner to make the most of your time together.

2. Test Your Technology

  • Use a device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, or smartphone).
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.
  • Log in to Medeo 10 minutes prior to your appointment to confirm everything is working as expected.

3. Have Your Details Ready

To guide your session with clarity and precision, please have:

  • Any symptoms you’d like to discuss
  • Any questions you have for your Practitioner

4. Minimize Interruptions

Close other apps, silence notifications, and let others around you know you’ll be in a confidential appointment. A focused environment supports more meaningful conversation and better outcomes.

Call or message us anytime, and we’ll make sure you’re fully set up for a smooth experience.

If the virtual appointment settings outlined above are not met, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled for a time when an appropriate environment can be ensured. Please note that last-minute cancellations often result in a 4–6 week delay in securing a new appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of care.
